Are you an experienced Financial Adviser looking for an opportunity where you can inherit an established client bank while continuing to develop new business?

We are working with an established Wealth Management firm in Belfast that is looking for a Financial Adviser to join its growing team. This is a combination of client servicing and new business, with an existing portfolio of clients to manage alongside a regular flow of leads and opportunities to develop further business.

The majority of clients are based locally, making this a great opportunity for an Adviser who wants to build long-term relationships and establish themselves within the local market.

You’ll be fully supported by dedicated paraplanning and administration teams, allowing you to focus on advising clients, developing relationships and converting new opportunities.

In addition to your salary, you’ll receive a bonus based on issued initial fees/commission. Hybrid working is central to this role, offering flexibility alongside the benefits of being part of an established local team.

Skills and experience required

• CAS status is essential
• Experience providing regulated financial advice
• Strong relationship management and client servicing skills
• Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable managing an existing client bank while developing new relationships
