Production Operative - Northern Ireland

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Northern Ireland, offering excellent pay, long-term stability, and career progression within a growing manufacturing environment.

• Location: Northern Ireland
• Salary: up to £30,000 per annum
• Role type: Permanent - RTW in the UK required
• Shifts: Monday - Wednesday: 06:00am - 4:30pm, Thursday: 06:00am - 4:00pm, Friday: 06:00am - 12:00pm (Overtime paid at x1.5)

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established and respected manufacturing business. This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced production environment, offering the chance to develop your skills and progress your career.

Duties:

• Carry out assembly and production tasks using hand and power tools
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets
• Perform quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Support different departments when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in production or assembly work
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to carry out manual, hands-on work
