Outdoor Maintenance Operative

Location: Various Locations Across Northern Ireland

Salary: £15.00 per hour

Hours: Full Time

Vehicle: Company Van Provided

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Outdoor Maintenance Operative to join a growing team covering sites throughout Northern Ireland.

This is a varied, hands-on role that will involve maintaining commercial properties to a high standard both internally and externally. A company van will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, taking pride in their work, and delivering a high-quality service.

Key Duties

• Window cleaning of commercial premises
• Gardening and grounds maintenance
• Power hosing and external cleaning duties
• General maintenance and upkeep of outdoor areas
• Internal cleaning of commercial buildings where required
• Ensuring all sites are maintained to a high standard
• Safe use and care of equipment and company vehicle
• Travelling to different client locations across Northern Ireland

What We're Looking For

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Trustworthy, responsible, and dependable individual
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Good attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Previous experience in cleaning, gardening, maintenance, groundskeeping, or a similar role would be advantageous
