Regulatory Reporting - Operational Risk Analyst (Primary Dealer Reporting)
Location: Belfast
Contract Type: Temporary, Monday - Friday 40 hours per week. Hybrid 3 days in the office
Contract Length: 12 months
Daily Rate: £300 via umbrella
Working Pattern: Full Time

The Primary Dealer Reporting team operates within the Regulatory Operations function, overseeing day-to-day compliance and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. The team is committed to effective exception management and proactive risk mitigation, playing a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and deliver monthly Primary Dealer regulatory reporting to various Debt Management Offices (DMOs).
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve reporting exceptions and data quality issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and other stakeholders to uphold effective reporting processes and controls.
• Identify reporting risks, escalate issues when necessary, and drive remediation efforts to ensure resolution.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through proactive exception management, process enhancements, and testing activities.
• Contribute to a strong control environment by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
