Our client, a leading organisation in the Financial Services sector, is seeking an enthusiastic Onboarding Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to contribute to the onboarding process for new and existing clients.

Contract Details:

• Contract Type: Temporary
• Contract Length: 10 months
• Daily Rate: £150.00 - £160 via Umbrella
• Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting onboarding requirements for new and existing clients.
• Ensuring that all relevant regulatory requirements are met.
• Managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Working diligently to meet deadlines and service level agreements (SLA).
• Prioritising and managing daily tasks to ensure quality and efficiency.

Knowledge and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A proven ability to meet client demands while adhering to Quality Assurance goals.
• Strong customer communication experience, both internal and external.
• A knowledge or keen interest in corporate finance and banking.
• Experience in accurately following evolving procedures and processes.
• Proficient relationship management skills.

Skills:
To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

• Flexibility, team spirit, and loyalty to the organisation's goals.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong PC skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
• Fluent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
