Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team in Belfast.

As Supervisor, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the operation, helping to lead the team, maintain standards and ensure customers receive an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities as a Supervisor:

• Support the day-to-day running of the team and operation

• Lead, motivate and coach team members to achieve high standards

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally

• Allocate tasks and ensure the team is working effectively

• Monitor performance, standards and productivity

• Support the training and development of new and existing team members

• Ensure company policies, procedures and health and safety standards are followed

• Assist with opening and closing procedures where required

• Handle operational issues and escalate concerns when appropriate

• Support the management team in achieving sales, service and business targets

• Maintain a clean, safe and professional working environment

About You

You will be a hands-on and approachable Supervisor who leads by example. You will have the confidence to take responsibility, support your colleagues and maintain high standards even during busy periods.

Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Assistant Manager, Shift Leader or Senior Team Member would be advantageous.
