Factory Operative - Relocate to Northern Ireland | Permanent Role + Relocation Support
 
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity in Northern Ireland, offering long-term stability, full training and the opportunity to gain valuable manufacturing experience within a growing business.
You will work as part of a production team within one of our client factories, helping to manufacture high-quality uPVC windows and doors using recycled and new materials.

We are currently recruiting Factory Operatives to join our client growing manufacturing team.

Duties:
  • Follow all production procedures and processes accurately
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and products.
  • Identify production errors or faults and take the appropriate steps to rectify them
  • Report machinery or product faults to the Production Supervisor
  • Carry out all tasks for which training has been completed and signed off
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
  • Communicate clearly with your Team Leader regarding all aspects of the role
  • Work to continuously improve your performance and skills
  • Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work with hand tools and machinery, with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a factory setting.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Physically capable of handling materials and performing manual tasks.
