The Role

The IT Support Engineer will serve as a key member of the service delivery team, resolving complex support tickets that require genuine technical expertise rather than scripted responses. As you settle in and build your knowledge of the business, you will take on more project-based work, including client onboarding and infrastructure rollouts.

The role is primarily based from their offices near Belfast, and combines office-based work with time spent at client sites.

What experience does the IT Support Engineer need?

• Strong experience working in IT support, with practical, hands-on experience across a range of technical environments

• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting, along with experience managing firewalls and network switching

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Exposure to Hyper-V or similar virtualisation platforms would be an advantage
