We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic Internal Sales person to join our well-established and experienced team based at our Belfast branch.
About the Internal Sales role:
As our Internal Sales person, you'll be responsible for building and developing strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they receive an outstanding service while helping to grow sales across the business. You'll handle customer enquiries, prepare and follow up quotations, process orders, and work proactively to identify opportunities to increase revenue within existing and new accounts.
This is a role for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term business relationships. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure customer requirements are met, while using your commercial awareness and drive to contribute to the continued success and growth of the company. Whether you're helping an existing customer find a solution or introducing our products and services to someone new, you'll have a direct impact on our performance and reputation.
The ideal person will be naturally customer-focused, motivated to succeed, and excited by the opportunity to learn and develop within a supportive and growing business.
What we’re looking for in our Internal Sales person:
- Previous experience in a sales, customer service, account management, or commercial role.
- Experience within the MRO, industrial, engineering, fastener, PPE, tooling, or distribution sectors is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and positive approach.
- Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
