As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced 360 Recruiter to join us in Belfast.

The Opportunity

This isn't a high-volume, KPI-driven recruitment environment.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships with clients and candidates, taking ownership of searches, and delivering a quality recruitment experience from start to finish.

At Oxbow, technology sits at the heart of how we work. We are actively embracing AI across every stage of the recruitment lifecycle, from market mapping and candidate engagement to process automation, research, content creation and business development.

We're also working directly with two emerging AI startups as beta testing partners, helping shape products designed specifically for the recruitment industry. This means you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology before it reaches the wider market and contribute to how the next generation of recruitment tools are built.

We believe AI won't replace recruiters. It will enable great recruiters to spend more time building relationships, advising clients and delivering exceptional outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
• Winning and developing new client relationships
• Building and maintaining strong candidate networks
• Running retained and contingent recruitment projects
• Leveraging AI-powered tools to improve sourcing, market intelligence and workflow efficiency
• Managing interview processes and offer negotiations
• Providing market intelligence and hiring advice to clients
• Building a personal brand within your chosen market
• Working closely with founders and senior leadership teams across the UK and US

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a 360 recruitment role
• Proven experience managing both clients and candidates
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
• Commercial mindset with a consultative approach
• Curiosity around technology, AI and modern recruitment practices
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with autonomy
• Experience recruiting within technology or professional services would be advantageous
