They are now seeking a Junior Software Delivery Manager to coordinate customer-focused delivery initiatives, working closely with engineering teams, product stakeholders, and customers to ensure successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of customer onboarding projects and software initiatives, acting as the link between customers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders.
This role combines delivery management, project coordination, product understanding, and continuous improvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex technical projects while helping teams deliver successfully.
You’ll work closely with engineering leadership, product teams, and customer stakeholders to define delivery plans, manage priorities, track progress, and support successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate software delivery initiatives across customer onboarding and product development projects
- Work closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to support successful delivery
- Create, maintain, and communicate delivery plans, milestones, priorities, and timelines
- Support planning activities by understanding technical requirements, resources, and dependencies
- Work with engineering teams to ensure work is clearly defined and achievable
- Help manage competing priorities across customers, products, and delivery requirements
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, and key delivery outcomes
- Support communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to improving delivery processes, ways of working, and team efficiency
- Support estimation, planning, and prioritisation activities across software initiatives
- Help teams adopt structured Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement approaches
About You
- 2+ years’ experience within a software, product, engineering delivery, or project management environment
- Experience supporting delivery across software teams or technical projects
- Understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Lean, or Kanban
- Experience using tools such as Jira or similar delivery management platforms
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable collaborating with customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and understand complex products and domains
