Release Manager / Environment & Release Lead

Location: Belfast / Remote with occasional onsite requirement

Rate: £450 per day Inside IR35

Contract: Initial 1 to 3 months

Start: Immediate

We are looking for an experienced Release Manager / Environment & Release Lead to support a short-term contract focused on environment management, release governance and software deployment coordination.

The role will involve managing development, test, training and production environments, coordinating release schedules, supporting deployment governance, and working closely with development, QA, operations and business stakeholders.

Key experience required:

Release Management or Environment Management experience

Salesforce environment or release experience

CI/CD and DevOps delivery exposure

Experience with tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines or similar

MuleSoft or Heroku exposure would be beneficial

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Agile delivery experience

Security requirements:

Active and transferable SC Clearance is required

Sole British nationality is required due to the nature of the work

This role would suit someone available at short notice who has worked on secure or regulated technology delivery programmes.
