Job Description

A well-established construction contractor is currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their growing team working across Belfast and wider Northern Ireland projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer coming from a building/construction background who is confident working independently on site and wants long-term, secure work with NO UK travel.

The Role

• Setting out works independently on site


• Operating GPS/GRP equipment and Total Stations


• Checking drawings, levels, and site measurements


• Coordinating with site management and subcontractors


• Maintaining QA records and site documentation


• Ensuring works are completed to specification


• Assisting with daily engineering and site duties


• Working across projects mainly in Belfast, with some travel across Northern Ireland only

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Engineer within build/construction projects


• Ability to set out independently


• Experience operating GRP/GPS equipment and Total Stations


• Strong understanding of drawings and site levels


• Full driving licence


• Good communication and organisational skills
