The Role:
* Prepare management accounts, forecasts, and budgets
* Support month-end and year-end reporting processes
* Analyse financial performance and provide insight to management
* Assist with cost control, variance analysis, and process improvements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning initiatives

The Person:
* ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification recently achieved
* Strong understanding of management accounting principles
* Excellent Excel and financial reporting skills
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail
* Team player with good communication skills
