Inbound Sales Advisor - #2082742

We’re looking for ambitious Sales Advisors who have experience working towards multiple targets in a fast-paced environment. You will be joining a dedicated team that deliver exceptional customer experiences for our VMO2 client.

We're offering opportunities to work on a Hybrid model – Required to work a minimum of 2 days at our Belfast city center office & the remainder from the comfort of your own home.

• HOURS OF WORK: Fully flexible between Monday - Friday between 9am - 8pm


• NO WEEKEND WORK!!!!!!


• HYBRID DAYS: You would work on site Monday and Tuesday then rest of the week from home


• RATE OF PAY: This role offers an hourly rate of £12.75ph PLUS fantastic bonus earning potential.


• BONUS: Potential bonus earning based on hitting set sales targets

As a Sales Advisor within our friendly and supportive team, you will be responsible for:

• Explain and promote benefits and features of O2 to make sure the customers are getting the best products and services tailored to their needs.


• Ensure professional call manner and remain knowledgeable on products/services on offer.


• Retention of existing clients or upgrade.


• Up sell and cross sell of all products and services to customers and prospects.


• Satisfies customer enquiries on initial call whenever possible.


• Being able to think quickly and use your own initiative to review customer accounts to see where there is a potential sale opportunity.


• Using multiple systems to make sure customers are being provided the correct information/ tailored to a sale.


• Keeping your knowledge up to date with the O2 brand and the products/services on offer.


• Support sales transactions by advising customers on suitable products to meet your conversion target as well as other targets.


• Process customer payments.


• Providing the best possible customer experience

To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:

• Excellent sales skills.


• 6 months sales/targets driven experience gained in a similar environment


• PC literate


• Ability to navigate multiple systems.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multi-staff environment.


• Demonstrates they can plan their own workload and can readily accept training, feedback and supervision from management.


• Previous experience of working to and exceeding targets


• Exceptionally customer focused and committed to resolving queries.


• A quiet place to work at home with minimum 10mbps broadband speed.


• The ability to connect your equipment (provided by us) via ethernet cable directly into the router.
