We're working with a leading international brand to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across UK & Ireland accounts, operating from a Dublin base.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to take ownership of a strategically important territory, developing both end-user demand and distributor partnerships to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
You'll play a key role in executing a dual "push and pull" sales strategy, building strong relationships across the supply chain while identifying and converting high-value opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
This is a field-based position covering the UK & Ireland, with responsibility for managing and growing a portfolio of key distributor and end-user accounts.
You'll work closely with national and regional distributors, alongside developing direct relationships with end-user customers, ensuring strong market presence and consistent growth across the region.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets across UK & Ireland territories, driving revenue and profitability
- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned to overall business strategy
- Build and manage relationships with national and regional distributor partners
- Identify and convert new business opportunities, including key accounts and project-based sales
- Develop and grow end-user relationships, creating tailored commercial strategies
- Deliver joint sales activity with distributors, including field visits, promotions, and account planning
- Maintain a strong pipeline through proactive business development and account management
- Utilise CRM systems to track activity, manage opportunities, and ensure accurate reporting
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Manage regional spend effectively to maximise return on investment
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in a Regional Sales Manager or field-based sales role
- Strong background in B2B sales and new business development
- Experience managing multi-territory or international accounts (UK & Ireland desirable)
- Strong track record of working with distributor networks and key accounts
- Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of margin and profitability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Highly organised with strong territory planning capability
- Confident using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Willingness to travel regularly across the UK & Ireland
