We are hiring a Payroll Coordinator to take ownership of global payroll operations for a fast-growing international financial technology business. This is a key Payroll Coordinator role where you will help shape, improve, and scale payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions as the company continues its global expansion.

Responsibilities
As a Payroll Coordinator, you will:

• Manage end-to-end global payroll in partnership with internal teams and external providers
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple regions
• Maintain and improve payroll processes, controls, and documentation
• Act as the main contact for payroll and benefits queries
• Review payroll outputs, resolve discrepancies, and support monthly reporting
  

About You
The ideal Payroll Coordinator will have:

• At least 2+ years' experience in payroll, finance, or people operations
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables essential)
• Experience working with payroll providers and managing payroll data
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and take ownership
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong communication skills
