Hours: Mon–Thurs 8:00–4:30 | Fri 8:00–2:30

About the Role

We’re recruiting a H&S Manager for a leading Belfast-based manufacturing & electrical company. This is a key leadership role where you’ll take ownership of Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all Health & Safety compliance in line with HSENI legislation
• Manage and improve ISO systems (9001 / 14001 / 45001)
• Conduct audits, risk assessments & incident investigations
• Drive a strong safety & quality culture across the site
• Oversee quality performance, CAPA & continuous improvement
• Ensure full environmental compliance & sustainability initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• NEBOSH Certificate (Diploma desirable)
• Proven SHEQ / HSEQ experience in manufacturing or engineering
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards & H&S legislation
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
