We are seeking a Warehouse Operative, the role is full time and permanent based in Dargan Drive, Belfast.

The successful candidate must be flexible to work either of the following shifts:
Chill warehouse:
Sunday to Friday 12-8pm (5 shifts a week, with 2 day break)
Ambient Warehouse:
Monday to Friday - 2pm - 10pm

Role & Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide an effective, efficient, and flexible service to all suppliers, customers, and colleagues alike.
- through carrying out all functions relating to the warehouse, including: - order scheduling and assembly, replenishment, picking, stock enquiries, and checking.
- Ensure accurate checking (manual process) and other associated procedures relating to goods received and goods dispatched.
- Promote a positive company image through your accuracy, knowledge, and attitude to the job.
- Accurate and efficient picking of orders and completion of all paperwork.
- Ensure incoming and outgoing loads are dealt with efficiently and comply to safety and legal requirements.
- Monitor stock levels.
- Ensure that all goods are stored under the appropriate conditions.
- Ensure that all waste, losses, and damage are kept to a minimum.
Essential Criteria:
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- A team player with experience in working to deadlines.
- Ability to work on their own initiative and organise the shift duties.
- High level of productivity
- Good all-round general housekeeping is essential.
- Must have good numeracy and literacy skills this is essential.
- Previous warehouse picking experience advantageous.
- Manual Handling training.
- Forklift truck License (counterbalance & Reach) and PPT would be advantageous, although full training would become available.
- Maintain good level of punctuality at all times adhering to working time directive.
- Must be flexible and adaptable.
