Relevant Site Cards and full driving license Prior experience in working with new build residential (apartment build is beneficial) Good IT skills
Overview of Role:

Oversee all construction activity from start to finish Lead toolbox talks Ensure drawing, specifications and building regulations are adhered to Liaise with trades teams and subcontractors Enforce compliance with health & safety regulations Private medical & life insurance.
