Keystone Care is looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Home Manager to join a newly built Mental Health Nursing Home. This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional person-centred care while driving quality improvements and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. Job: 2452Salary: £65,000 per annum DoE + £4000 Bonus potential
Location: Belfast Metropolitan AreaType: Monday - Friday Lead and manage all day-to-day activities of the care home
Ensure delivery of quality, person-centred care and achieve highest standards
Manage budgets and financial effectiveness of the home
Ensuring RQIA compliance
Recruit, train and supervise staff, building a successful team
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Ensure safe management of medications and health & safety standards
Drive business development and maintain excellent occupancy levels
Build strong relationships with residents, families and external stakeholders
Required Skills & ExperienceRegistered Nurse qualification
Significant experience in care home management or quality assurance
Strong understanding of RQIA requirements and regulationsJBRP1_UKTJ
