The role
Our Keystone programme is recognised as critical for the SSE Airtricity business in terms of modernising our core systems platform, delivering transformational benefits, and creating a sustainable business empowered by digital capability for future operations. Our Reporting Lead will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of reporting processes and systems, ensuring accurate and timely data reporting to support business decision-making.

SSE Airtricity, supplies around 750,000 domestic and commercial gas, electricity and home energy services customers in the Republic and Northern Ireland. Around 40% of the electricity SSE Airtricity supplies to its customers on an island basis is generated from renewable sources - the greenest energy supply of any provider on the island and over three times the average on an all-island basis.

Our Reporting Lead will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of reporting processes and systems, ensuring accurate and timely data reporting to support business decision-making.
You will
- Create and own the reporting backlog items in Azure Dev Ops (ADO), sprint planning and take ownership of workload feeding into the integrated programme delivery plan.
- Guide teams on how to stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning their approach to ensure that overall strategy is being met.
- Communicate project progress and performance to stakeholders, identifying and managing stakeholder reporting needs, responding to queries and requests for information.
- Design and implement reporting processes and systems, identifying and addressing reporting gaps and inefficiencies.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and assigning responsibility.
- Experience of implementing and using Agile methodologies
- Azure Dev Ops usage and experience
- The ability to take ownership of problems and requests whilst working in a pressurised environment
- Working knowledge of business analysis, process documentation and system testing.
- The ability to lead, motivate and manage a team.
