16yrs – 17yrs: £7.71ph 40 hours per week including time at college.
Over 18yrs: £10.71ph – 42.5 hours per week including time at college.
Over 21yrs: £12.21ph - 42.5 hours per week including time at college.

About The Role
During your apprenticeship within the Belfast branch, you will be part of the Housing and Welfare team. The main duties will be supporting the team with general administration role. To listen, observe and participate in a range of tasks which will enable you gain new skills and knowledge that contribute to the successful achievement of the apprenticeship programme.
To maintain high standards of attendance, punctuality and personal appearance both in the workplace and at college, to ensure that all relevant work tasks and qualifications are achieved on time as instructed by your line manager and college. Attend informal and formal meetings and training sessions to ensure up to date business and job knowledge, communication, skills & progression are maintained.

Role Criteria
- GCSE Grade 4 or above in both Math’s and English
- The ability to learn and develop a thorough knowledge of the skills, technology and safety procedures required to carry out the full range of tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to understand and interpret work instructions
- Be able to establish and maintain good customer/client relationships
- Hardworking
- Self-motivated
