Key Account Manager – Kitchen RetailSalary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Company CarLocation: Belfast | Frequent travel (50-60%)About the Role:As Key Account Manager, you will own and grow relationships with Kitchen Retail distributors across Northern Ireland and Dublin. You’ll drive profitability, execute brand strategies, and deliver market-leading results aligned with company goals. What
You’ll Do as Key Account Manager:Manage and develop Kitchen Retail distributors to meet volume, sales, market share, and profitability targets
Build strong, multi-level customer relationships and lead annual negotiations and business planning
Coordinate marketing and sales promotions alongside internal teams to deliver impactful omni-channel strategies
Analyse sales trends, forecast retailer volumes, and optimize product availability and business planning
Monitor KPIs and sales performance, providing regular insights and reports to guide commercial decisions
Lead exciting new product launches to energize retailers and consumers
About you:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred)Proven experience as a National Account Manager, ideally with distributor management experience
Skilled at managing Head Office stakeholders and driving commercial success
Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills
Proficient in Excel and PowerPointAmbitious, open-minded, and eager to learn and develop
