The OpportunityThey are looking to welcome a motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 1-2 years PQE to their energetic and supportive team. Newly qualified solicitors with previous residential conveyancing experience are also encouraged to apply. In this role, you will take ownership of complex residential property transactions, providing high quality, pragmatic legal advice to a broad client base.
What You’ll DoManage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
Advise clients confidently on all aspects of residential property law
Prepare contracts, conduct due diligence, and liaise with clients, agents, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
Offer commercially aware and practical legal solutions aligned with client goals
Support senior solicitors and partners on high-value residential and mixed-use developments when required
Build strong client relationships and contribute to delivering exceptional client service
What We’re Looking ForQualified solicitor with 1-2 years PQE in residential conveyancing, or newly qualified with previous residential conveyancing experience
Proven experience handling a varied and demanding residential property caseload
Strong technical knowledge with excellent attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Proactive approach with the ability to manage your workload effectively in a fast-paced environmentA genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client care
