We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workday Service Designer to support our customers in designing and delivering employee-centric HR Services as part of a Workday-enabled transformation.

Reporting to the Service Design Consultant, you will support the Service Design team on projects, providing support with documentation, facilitating workshops, and capturing requirements that support the creation of scalable, compliant, and user-friendly HR processes that deliver business value.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a basic level of Workday experience and a passion for improving employee experiences through thoughtful services that support better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Support the design and documentation of HR services across the employee lifecycle, including compensation, performance, and organisational changes.
• Contribute to the development of dashboards and reports using Workday reporting tools.
• Participate in stakeholder workshops and co-design sessions to gather insights and validate service improvements.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Workday certification in Core HCM
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
