About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and proactive Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in building relationships with landlords and tenants, letting properties efficiently, and ensuring a smooth rental process from start to finish. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and brings energy and professionalism to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and let rental properties, conducting viewings and negotiating tenancies.
- Qualify tenants, manage applications, and ensure compliance throughout the process.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, offering advice and regular updates.
- Work collaboratively with the property management team to ensure a seamless handover.
- Maintain accurate records of lettings activity and manage your pipeline effectively.
- Represent Quicklet professionally at all times, acting with integrity and urgency.
- Identify and act on opportunities to grow the managed portfolio.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lettings, property, or a related sales role.
- Strong knowledge of the Northern Ireland rental market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with the drive to exceed targets.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence
