About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and proactive Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in building relationships with landlords and tenants, letting properties efficiently, and ensuring a smooth rental process from start to finish. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and brings energy and professionalism to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and let rental properties, conducting viewings and negotiating tenancies.
• Qualify tenants, manage applications, and ensure compliance throughout the process.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, offering advice and regular updates.
• Work collaboratively with the property management team to ensure a seamless handover.
• Maintain accurate records of lettings activity and manage your pipeline effectively.
• Represent Quicklet professionally at all times, acting with integrity and urgency.
• Identify and act on opportunities to grow the managed portfolio.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 1 year of experience in lettings, property, or a related sales role.
• Strong knowledge of the Northern Ireland rental market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with the drive to exceed targets.
• High level of organisation and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence
