We’ve created a brand-new team! The Pension Dashboard Senior will play a crucial role in overseeing the functionality, performance, and continued development of the organisation’s pension dashboard. This position demands a deep understanding of pension industry operations and data management, ensure quality and checking are of a high standard, driving high performance and maintaining customer focus, as well as the ability to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders to optimise user experience and ensure regulatory compliance. Dealing with Members and the general public.
This role can be based in any of our city centre offices with a hybrid workstyle.
What does the role entail?
- Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of the pension dashboard to meet user needs and organisational goals.
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR, safeguarding sensitive user information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and user-friendly dashboard interfaces, adhering to best practices in dashboard design and user experience optimisation.
- Analyse performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Support and guide the Dashboard Administrator in operational tasks and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Represent the organisation in meetings, training sessions, and industry conferences to stay updated on trends and innovations in the pension and financial services sectors.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and senior management, effectively communicating progress, challenges, and outcomes.
What we’re looking for
- Substantial experience working within the pension industry or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, such as GDPR.
- Proficiency in dashboard design principles and user experience optimisation techniques.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
