Role Overview: As a Paralegal at Joseph Gallagher Limited, you will play a critical role in our commercial and work winning teams, focusing on contract review and tender processes. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to legal challenges in the construction and civil engineering industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, analyse, and negotiate various types of contracts and agreements.
Support the tender process, ensuring compliance and mitigation of legal risks.
Provide legal support and advice to project teams and management.
Maintain organised records of all contracts and related documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Law or a relevant field.
Experience as a Paralegal, preferably in the construction or civil engineering sectors.
Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
