The successful candidate will help expand the clientele and drive sustainable growth within the business. You will have previous sales experience, excellent communication skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify business growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with our senior management team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients aligned with company goals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for your new client accounts.
- Work closely with our team of account managers to foster client relationships and ensure that jobs are delivered to specification and on time upon acquiring new clients.
- Collaborate with our client services, marketing, and production teams to align your new business sales plans.
- Attend events to promote and expand your professional network.
- Achieve monthly new business sales targets.
- Stay commercially aware and up to date on industry trends.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline metrics, and lead conversion rates, ensuring accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in a business development role
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to high levels of customer service.
- Driving Licence: A valid, clean driving licence is essential for travel to client locations throughout Ireland.
