We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Private networks.We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

Where will you be working?

What will you be doing?
- You’ll have responsibilities which include installation, commissioning, 1st line reactive maintenance and working at heights to support contracts.
- You’ll be preparing and terminating radio frequency (RF) feeders, electrical (DC), fibre and copper cables.
- You’ll be performing industry standard testing as required on telecoms and antenna systems e.g. radio frequency (RF) sweeps, ethernet and network testing.
- You’ll be doing equipment installation and commissioning across various projects and technologies.
- Wiring and connection of DC power to telecoms equipment to required standards and regulations.
- 1st Line Support and troubleshooting of customer equipment to include, however not limited to mobile network equipment, data-comms equipment, switching equipment, VOIP management systems.
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) creation and work area/vehicle management.
- Completion of site surveys to enable installation.
- You’ll be maintaining an on-call rota
- We’ll need you to have a full UK Driving Licence.
- You’ll have previous experience working as a Field Engineer in the Telecoms sector - use of equipment; Radio Frequency (RF) and microwave installation and working at height (up to 100 metres)
- You’ll have analytical skills and logical thinking to assist in fault diagnosis and resolution.
- You’ll have a interest in new equipment & technology and keenness to learn about it.
