Markets Operations Belfast Overview:
Our Operations groups are core to the success of the Markets business. We support a wide range of internal stakeholders including alongside having significant interaction with external clients, playing a key role in the overall client experience. Role Overview:
The successful candidate will assist with daily risk and client service oversight ensuring that the objectives of operations, the business and our clients are executed to a high standard and in full accordance with regulatory and control requirements.

What you will do:
• Work within an effective control framework that fully meets Audit, Compliance and Regulatory requirements
• Think about operational efficiency, automation and productivity agenda including keeping abreast with and adopting new technologies
• Help maintain a culture and environment where processes, risks and controls are continually monitored, and potential risks escalated on a timely basis.
•Work effectively as a partner with our colleagues in Markets, Operations and Technology

What we'll need from you:
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive
• Strong, influential communicator who is articulate and concise, demonstrated success interacting with senior management.
• Strong risk management and control mindset
• Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of information.
• Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented
• Ability to establish and build trust with professionals throughout the business.
