They are looking for a strong, dynamic Finance Manager to join the business and support on their journey, looking after financial controls, commercial finance elements, and leading and developing the team below them. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and streamline finance operations to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and strong internal controls. Drive the adoption of technology to automate processes, reducing reliance on spreadsheets and manual workflows.

Address complex financial challenges proactively, ensuring back-office operations align with the company’s growth. Deliver timely and actionable financial insights to support informed business decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing expert guidance on all aspects of finance operations, from budgeting and forecasting to financial analysis.
