They’re now scaling their QA capability and are looking for an experienced automation engineer to help lead the charge. The Role: Playwright Automation EngineerThis role will focus on building and maintaining scalable test automation for Web, Desktop, and Mobile platforms.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in both C# and TypeScript, with deep knowledge of SpecFlow, Cucumber, Playwright, and Selenium. They’ll work closely with developers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure robust test coverage and high-quality delivery across multiple projects, often in deadline-driven, agile environments. Key Responsibilities:Design and implement automated and manual test cases
Develop test automation frameworks using Playwright and SeleniumWrite scalable test code in C# (SpecFlow) and TypeScript (Cucumber)Create behaviour-driven tests using Gherkin syntax
Plan and execute testing across multiple delivery pipelines
Embed test automation into CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOpsProactively identify, isolate, and resolve defects
Act as a Testing SME confidently engaging with clients and stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile:Proficient in C# and TypeScript development
Hands-on experience with SpecFlow, Cucumber, Selenium, and PlaywrightComfortable using BDD and Gherkin syntax in a real-world setting
Strong analytical and debugging skills
Experience in both manual and automated testing
Strong communication skills with client-facing experience
