We are hiring for our client who are seeking a professional and proactive Training Administrator to join their team. This newly created position is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, ideally in a training, CPD, or educational environment

The Role:
• Provide administrative support for programmes and events
• Process bookings, confirmations, and payments for courses
• Register participants, manage waiting lists, and prepare course materials
• Support the setup and logistics of in-person and online training events
• Liaise with course speakers and manage venue arrangements (IT/AV/catering)
• Assist with digital learning tools such as Zoom, Eventbrite, and Formsite
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, feedback, and compliance
• Produce reports, manage databases, and help distribute annual CPD record cards
The Person – What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 3 years’ administrative experience, ideally in CPD, education or training
• Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using data/content management systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Professional and positive communication with colleagues and external stakeholders
Desirable:
• Knowledge of CPD or professional training environments
• Experience with platforms like Zoom, Canva, Jotform or Eventbrite
• Commitment to personal development
