Job Title: Product OwnerLocation: Remote (With flexibility to work US (Alaska) hours preferred)Job Type: Full-TimeSalary: $68K – $101K + BenefitsOverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Product Owner to support the delivery of innovativeproduct initiatives across a diverse and growing portfolio of global SaaS businesses. This is a uniqueopportunity to step into a cross-functional, high-impact role that spans industries—from finance andgovernment to highly regulated sectors—where you’ll work closely with senior leadership to driveKey Responsibilities

  • Drive Execution: Partner closely with the Senior Product Manager to translate strategicinitiatives into clear, actionable plans.

Own the end-to-end delivery and keep leadershipinformed of timelines, risks, and blockers.


  • Gather Business Context: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand detailed workflows,operational rules, and regulatory requirements across various industries.

  • Define Requirements: Create high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and processflows that ensure clarity for development and design teams.

  • Visual Communication: Produce wireframes, mockups, and diagrams to convey functionalityand gain alignment with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate

Across Teams: Act as the go-to contact for design, development, and QA teams. Clarify requirements and support smooth execution.

  • Backlog Management: Maintain a well-organized, prioritized product backlog and participatein sprint planning, stand-ups, testing, and demos.

What We’re Looking For


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Owner, with hands-on responsibility forwriting requirements and supporting development teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Design, Engineering, or related field—or equivalentexperience.

  • Strong skills in user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, and visual documentation(e.g., wireframes, workflows).

  • Comfortable working across multiple products and industries, with a flexible, agile mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit—someone who brings energy to theteam and thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.

  • With flexibility to work US (Alaska) hours preferred.
