MCS Group is seeking a motivated and ambitious Payroll Administrator to join our client, a thriving accountancy practice, in their Belfast office. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level, with progression opportunities and exposure to a variety of clients

The Role
You will have a wide range of duties, such as;
To administrator the firms payroll bureau for all clients, ensuring deadlines are met
Assist the payroll supervisor to ensure the payroll bureau runs smoothly
ensure high level of accuracy and quality at all times
Liase with both internal and external clients
opportunities to expand knowledge into other areas such as book-keeping and accounts
The Person
The ideal candidate will be:
1-2 years experience Practice or payroll bureau
knowledge of payroll software
competent in excel and word
excellent written and oral communication skills
ability to prioritise tasks effectively
