In this varied role, you will assist with both professional and personal responsibilities, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a dynamic and multifaceted schedule
Key Responsibilities:
Managing calendars and coordinating appointments and meetings
Overseeing email correspondence and ensuring timely responses
Organizing domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
Handling personal errands and general administrative tasks
Coordinating with household staff and external service providers
Supporting the planning and execution of events and engagements
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
Exceptionally organized and attentive to detail
Professional, courteous, and discreet in all matters
Tech-savvy with excellent communication skills
Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritize effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Experienced in a similar support role is advantageous
