We're now looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead our operations and drive success. In this role, you will take operational leadership and budget responsibility for managing a safe and efficient operation to help achieve operational standards and meet the agreed service level agreements.

• Manage a safe operation and role model a Safety First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards.


• Ensure that Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of operational processes are up to date, available at relevant places for employees, and that employees are working according to the established standards.


• Act as the first point of contact for the customer regarding site operation matters, build good relationships, develop trust, and ensure strong engagement.


• Manage the daily operation to ensure commitments are met.


• Track operational performance and understand deviations with your direct reports, supporting with the necessary resources.

• Have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience managing within a warehouse.


• Have at least 3 years of operations experience managing a team.


• Possess customer-facing experience (an advantage).


• Can deploy and change resource allocations during shifts in response to changing requirements.
