Data Privacy Lawyer - #1768427

We are seeking an experienced Commercial and Data Privacy (DP) Contractor to support a high-profile automotive client on a short-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with European data privacy regulations, alongside a solid commercial legal background. This is a remote opportunity, offering flexibility while contributing to critical compliance and contractual initiatives.

Contract Type: Temporary (3 Months)Start Date: ASAPLocation: RemoteKey Responsibilities:Provide expert advice and support on European data privacy laws, including GDPR.Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure legal and compliance alignment. Support data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and other privacy-related documentation.

Assist with the development and implementation of data protection policies and procedures. Ensure timely and efficient legal support within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Requirements:Qualified legal professional with demonstrable experience in commercial law and data privacy.

Proven expertise in European privacy laws, particularly GDPR.Ability to work independently and communicate complex legal matters clearly. Available to start immediately and commit to a 3-month assignment. Experience within the automotive or technology sector is a plus.
