Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Wound Closure & Endo SurgeryLocation: There are two locations. The first one would be covering London/South of UK and the second one would be covering Birmingham/Midlands regionJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the Wound Closure & Endo Surgery segment.

This role is ideal for an individual with strong sales acumen, healthcare industry experience, and a passion for driving growth in surgical solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth within the assigned territory.

Achieve sales targets and objectives for wound closure and endo surgery products. Identify and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital procurement teams, and healthcare professionals. Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations. Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review.

Conduct regular customer visits and participate in industry events, conferences, and training programs. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, in wound closure, endo surgery selling sutures, staplers, mesh etcProven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively. Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region. What
