This role will suit a Senior Developer that wants to have an immediate impact and work in a fast-paced environment that is releasing code daily with a TDD approach. The RoleLead the design, construction, and optimization of the critical services and domains that form the backbone of our platform, directly impacting our product's capabilities. Work collaboratively across Product, Design, and Engineering to move ideas from initial stages to successful deployment, ensuring both speed of delivery and the development of reliable, scalable systems.

Drive positive evolution within our engineering culture by identifying and implementing improvements to our processes, enhancing collaboration, and proactively contributing to a better working environment. Provide mentorship and support to other engineers, leveraging your expertise to encourage their development and strengthen the team's overall skillset. Skills ProfileStrong command of JVM-based languages, with openness to Kotlin, Java, Scala, or Groovy.

Experience delivering scalable, production-quality software solutions end-to-end. Focused on outcomes, with practical experience in service-oriented and microservices architectures. Hands-on involvement in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for live environments.

Well-versed in leveraging cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure. Adept at working with globally distributed teams and navigating time zone differences. Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and apply new tools and technologies in fast-paced settings.
