This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for driving performance, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.The Sales Manager will be responsible for:Overseeing day-to-day sales operations
Developing and executing strategic sales plans
Managing, mentoring, and motivating a sales team
Setting and tracking sales targets
Analysing sales performance and preparing reports for senior leadership
Training and onboarding new team members
Building and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships
Key Requirements:Proven experience in sales management (automotive sales experience is a plus)Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Confident in analysing sales data and preparing reports
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on quality service
Willingness to work weekends and extended hours when needed
What’s on Offer:£40,000 basic salary
