We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Head Chef, who is an enthusiastic and driven individual, to lead the team at Six by Nico Belfast.

The role

The role of Executive Head Chef will see you supervising and coordinating the delivery of high-quality food in a busy and fast paced kitchen environment. You will demonstrate your leadership with a hands-on approach. It will be your responsibility to set the standard of the kitchen by displaying the ability to lead and work well with others. Due to the fast pace in which we work, organisational skills and the ability to multitask is paramount.

As an Executive Head Chef at Six by Nico, you will:

• Have an array of management skills across various food operations
• Have the ability to drive a professional kitchen forward.
• Excellent communication and the ability to work well with others
• Have a good knowledge & understanding of modern food techniques and food safety.
• Be committed to delivering first class service
• Have a positive attitude and ability to multitask
• Have good organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
