What to Expect:

You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the commercial team, from helping procure subcontractors and suppliers to preparing vital cost and materials data. Get involved in real projects—measuring, evaluating, coordinating payments, attending site meetings, and working closely with our on-site teams. This is your opportunity to develop practical skills, build industry connections, and shape the built environment from the ground up

Your Journey Includes:

  • Structured 2-Year Development Programme with daily on-the-job learning across exciting live projects

  • Professional Development Support:
    • Workshops to build business and soft skills (e.g. communication, leadership)
    • CPD sessions and technical training delivered by experts
    • Support in obtaining professional memberships and chartership routes
  • Regular Check-Ins with your Line Manager and L&D Partner to assess progress and agree development goals
  • Networking Forums hosted quarterly with site tours, peer learning, and social opportunities
  • Access to the “New Talent” MS Teams Group – a shared space for graduates, apprentices, and trainees for collaboration and support

Your Goal:Complete the programme and fast-track your career towards Project Quantity Surveyor status, positioning you as a key player in the construction industry.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience: Prior site experience is a plus but by no means a pre-requisite!

You thrive under pressure, work collaboratively, and bring a disciplined, proactive approach to your work. If you’re ready to build your career with a company that values growth and excellence, Ardmore Construction is the place to start.

Apply now and build the foundation for a remarkable career!Together, let’s construct the future.
