Job Title: Subsidence Adjusting Executive


Location: Remote


Salary: Up to £28k


The Opportunity:


An exciting opportunity is available to join an award-winning Subsidence Services Division as a Subsidence Adjusting Executive. Manage domestic and commercial claims from start to finish with full autonomy, supported by a collaborative team and advanced tools. Your Responsibilities Will Include:



  • Managing a portfolio of subsidence claims up to an agreed value

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for both customers and clients

  • Making technical decisions on your cases once training and licensing are complete

  • Producing tailored reports and maintaining accurate action plans for each claim

  • Ensuring reserve accuracy and driving claims to a timely resolution

  • Liaising with suppliers to monitor progress and service quality

  • Communicating updates with all stakeholders throughout the claims process


About You – Knowledge and Experience:




  • Subsidence Claims Experience: Previous experience managing subsidence-related insurance claims is essential


  • Strong Communication Skills: Confident communicator and negotiator, able to explain complex matters clearly and with empathy


  • Highly Organised: Capable of prioritising and managing a busy caseload efficiently


  • Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to change


  • Customer-Oriented: Proactive, empathetic, and focused on delivering a positive customer journey


  • Professional Mindset: Positive, resilient, and open to new technology and process improvement


Skills That Will Be Developed in the Role:



  • Comprehensive role-specific training tailored to best practices and system use

  • Support towards achieving the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters' Cert CILA qualification
