By overseeing the accounts payable process, the specialist helps maintain strong vendor relationships and ensures the company's financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Main duties:

• Review and verify invoices and check requests.


• Sort, code and match invoices & set invoices up for payment.


• Enter and upload invoices into the system.


• Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.


• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
