Job Title: Salesforce/Python Specialist

Job Type: Contract

Contract Length: 6 months (with high likelihood of extension)

Role And Responsibilities

• Join a team working on the transition from Salesforce Sales Cloud to a custom-built internal system powered by Python and Django.
• Develop scalable backend services and tools to support core business operations.
• Contribute to decommissioning Salesforce and supporting a move to a Python-based infrastructure within the next 6 months.
• Collaborate with current engineering teams to align on architecture, standards, and tooling.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless platform migration and feature parity.
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Backend development experience in Strong backend development experience in Python and Django.
• Previous exposure to Salesforce, ideally Sales Cloud, is a major plus.
• Ability to integrate and replace CRM systems using modern development practices.
• Self-starter mindset with experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones.
