This innovative company specialises in the design, supply, and delivery of modular prefabricated energy systems, primarily manufactured in Northern Ireland and deployed across the UK and mainland Europe. Their turnkey solutions span the design, construction, commissioning, and operation of commercial energy centres and large-scale district heating networks. With a strong track record in delivering complex energy infrastructure projects, they work with a broad range of public sector clients throughout the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all daily production activities to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective operations.




• Monitor production capacity and performance, set targets, and provide daily/weekly reports.




• Develop and implement production schedules to maximise efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.




• Analyse and address production bottlenecks or issues to reduce downtime.




• Promote and enforce health and safety compliance across all operational activities.




• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain consistent product standards and resolve issues.




• Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to encourage accountability and continuous improvement.




• Coordinate with procurement, planning, and logistics teams to ensure seamless production flow.




• Oversee recruitment and retention for key production roles, including operatives, technicians, planners, and supervisors.

Criteria;

• Degree-qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.




• Proven experience in a senior production or operations management role, ideally within heating, mechanical, or manufacturing sectors.




• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams in high-paced environments.
