Requirements

• Minimum one year`s experience in Administration.
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualification.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Making new and review outpatient appointments according to priority and date order, adhering to NHS referral and waiting time guidelines
• Managing outpatient waiting lists and booking appointments using hospital IT systems like PAS and e-Referral systems, ensuring accurate recording and maintenance of bookings
• Communicating with patients over the phone to arrange, confirm, change, or cancel appointments, providing information about appointment times, locations, and any necessary preparations
• Liaising with healthcare professionals, clinicians, and other departments to coordinate appointments and maintain clinic schedules
  
  

Working Hours

• Band 3 -. Rate of pay is £12.31 per hour and will be paid on a weekly basis
• Hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm
